We offer personal training in dance and fitness classes. We offer personalized training in Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz dance for single and duet sessions only. The Fitness Flow classes we offer in personal training is a unique blend of Pilates, Ballet principles, other dance forms, Yoga and stretching to help you build a stronger body that is more flexible and agile. Every session is of one hour and we give personal feedback.

These Fitness personal training classes are available for all ages above 12 and all levels. It is a great class for dancers, martial artists, athletes like swimmers, runners and football players who want to cross-train once or twice a week.

We can work on your personal goals or on our standard programs listed below:
– Posture correction Program to relieve bad desk posture and poor standing posture
– Alignment correction for dancers
– Enhance Program for Athletes who want to want to improve their power, agility and footwork in movement
– Aerobic fitness Program to help you dance or do physical exercise for longer
– Dance Fitness 101 Program which combines dance forms Jazz, hip-hop, latin, Bollywood and Bhangra for people who want to break a sweat, have fun while learning to dance and also manage their weight
– Ballet-based Barre program for adult Ballet dancers and Ballet enthusiasts
– Flexibility Class for the inflexible
– Flexibility Program for dancers and gymnasts
– Duet dance sessions for elderly couples
You can book multiple sessions at once or as per requirement. These classes have to be booked in advance, as these are customized lessons, designed specifically for the student.

    Priming Dance

    We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Bharatanatyam and Bollywood Jazz. We customize corporate wellness workshops and offer a Pan India wedding choreography service. Our classes run in the online, offline and hybrid mode in group batches and personal training sessions.
